Microsoft has launched the Lumia 550 in India,
company's latest budget Smartphone running Windows 10 operating system. It was
announced back in October this year and it features a 4.7-inch HD display with
312 ppi pixel density.
The Lumia 550 is powered by Snapdragon 210 chipset
which consists of quad core 1.1 GHz Cortex A7 processors with Adreno 304 GPU,
while it comes with 1 GB of RAM along with 8 GB of internal memory which is
expandable up to 200 GB with microSD card.
It has 5 MP Auto Focus camera with LED flash capable
of shooting 720p videos and it is equipped with a 2 MP front camera with f/2.8
aperture, the front camera shoots videos at 480p @30 fps.
The latest budget Microsoft Smartphone supports dual
SIM and has 4G LTE functionality along with support of 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11
b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth v4.1 LE, GPS with A-GPS, 3.5 mm audio jack and
FM Radio in connectivity field.
The Lumia 550 is 9.9 mm slim and weighs 141.9 grams,
it packs a 2100 mAh Li-ion battery and it is available in White and Black
colours. The Lumia 550 comes bearing a price tag of Rs. 9,399 and it will be
available across the country from December 23rd this year.
