Intex Aqua Star 4G with 5-inch HD display, octa core processor and iData Saver launched for Rs. 6,499

Intex has launched another budget Smartphone with 4G LTE connectivity in company's Aqua series of smartphones. The latest addition is the Intex Aqua Star 4G which comes with iData Saver feature provided by Opera Max, while launching this Smartphone Intex becomes the first Indian brand to integrate Opera Max into its operating system on its 4G Smartphone. The iData Saver feature will reduce the data consumption by up to 50% on images, web pages and streaming.

The Intex Aqua Star 4G packs a 5-inch HD IPS LCD display with 295 ppi pixel density and it is powered by octa core MediaTek MT6753P 64-bit processor clocked at 1 GHz with Mali T720 GPU, it comes with 1 GB of RAM with 8 GB internal storage which is further expandable via microSD card.

It is equipped with 8 MP rear camera with f/2.4 aperture, 4P lens and LED Flash and there is a 2 MP front camera also present, the Intex Aqua Star 4G runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and it supports dual SIM like most other budget Smartphones present in the market. It features 'Swalekh' keyboard that lets you write on your own language, it comes with 21 regional languages pre-installed.

Connectivity options are standard and includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS with A-GPS, FM Radio, 3.5 mm audio jack and it packs a 2000 mAh Li-ion battery unit. The Smartphone is available in White, Black and Grey colour options and it is priced at Rs. 6,499
