Hello Friends, Microsoft 2 days ago revealed their
latest feature phone the Nokia 230, it is the successor of the previously
launched Nokia 130. The Nokia 230 runs on proprietary Series 30+ OS, so plenty
of apps and games are hard to find, but hey don't just hung on, read more you
will be interested about this phone.
The Nokia 230 comes in both single SIM and dual SIM
variants and it sports a QVGA (240x320p) 2.8-inch display with 143 ppi density.
The main attraction of this phone being two 2-MP camera on back and on front.
Both the camera are even accompanied by a LED flash. So you will be able to
capture pics in low-light too.
There are Opera Store for you to download apps and
Games but you can head over to Gameloft and download any of the game for free
once in a month for one year. Internet connectivity would be there but 3G availability is not there. You'll get Opera Mini and Bing Search
pre-installed along with social apps such as Facebook Messenger, Twitter and
MSN Weather.
Nokia 230 features 16 MB of RAM, don't worry the
Series 30 OS will be smoothly operated with it and you will get 32 GB
expandable memory support via SD card. The device comes with aluminium
back-cover featuring silver and dark-silver colour options, which certainly
feels great and looks great.
Battery life is an advantage of these types of
feature phones and it's not an exception too, it is equipped with 1200 mAh
Li-ion battery unit which is the company claims to offer 23 hours of continuous
talk-time and a stand-by time of 27 for the Single SIM variant and 22 days for
the dual SIM variants. Pretty impressive isn't it?
The phone is likely to get launched as fast as next
month for $55(~3470) in India, Asia and the Middle-East. The rest of the world
